Core-Competence GmbH has developed an innovative and unique tool, Adventure-based Learning™, which gives companies a completely new means of training their employees. In contrast to classical eLearning and other training methods that restrict themselves to transferring knowledge, Adventure-based Learning™ possesses a series of distinct advantages, and the game-based approach provides additional motivation. In addition, this web-based solution makes it possible for the participants to organize their learning on an individual basis. Research has shown that interactive role games present material more efficiently and in a more lasting way. Employees can immediately apply what they have learned in simulated game scenarios thus internalizing it at a deeper level. In fact, game-based learners who use Adventure-based Learning™ improve their knowledge and practical skills significantly faster and indeed better than with traditional training methods.

  • Applying knowledge in a real world way

    Adventure-based Learning™ combines the acquisition and the application of knowledge on one platform.
