  Karl Berger

  Managing Partner of Core-Competence GmbH

  Karl Berger founded Core-Competence GmbH in September 2007. In the preceding eight years, in his capacity as founder and as a top executive, he built People at Work AG into a leading consulting firm for sales analysis and sales optimization. Prior to this, Karl oversaw the markets in Germany, Austria and Switzerland for U.S. sales methodology specialist OnTarget (Siebel Systems). Between 1994 and 1999 he worked with strategically important customers such as Cisco, Microsoft and Siemens to optimize their sales organizations. Karl’s career began at Sperry Univac (Unisys), where for more than twelve years he worked in various sales and executive positions. Overall, Karl has more than 25 years of experience in sales and in the consulting and training businesses. He also holds a degree in Business Administration.

  Jeff Fiedler

  Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Core Competence Solutions Inc.

  As CEO of Core Competence Solutions Inc., Jeff Fiedler has been successfully building the business in the U.S. since 2007. Between 1995 and 2007 he was head of the sales divisions of The TAS Group (TTG), Acta Technology and OnTarget. As Sales Director, Jeff was responsible for The Tas Group’s business in Europe and North America. At Acta Technology he was Vice President of North America and General Manager of the EMEA region. Jeff started his career at Memorex Telex, where for more than nine years he successfully held a number of positions in the areas of production, human resources and sales. He has a Bachelor’s degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona and an MBA in Marketing from San Diego State University. In total, Jeff has acquired 25 years of business experience and now applies that to Core Competence Solutions Inc.
