  • HISTORY

    Core-Competence GmbH was founded in Munich, Germany in September 2007. Working together with universities, learning research specialists and other partners, Managing Partner Karl Berger drew on his many years of management experience to develop a new instructional method: Adventure-based Learning™. Today this innovative training tool is already being used by industry leaders such as Microsoft and Deutsche Telekom.
